I was born in Nashville, Tennessee. Grew up in the Maryland suburb of Adelphi. After High school I attended Howard University Dental School in Washington D.C. the nation's capitol, where I obtained my RDH.
I am married to Bradley, a real Southern gentleman from North Carolina. We have no children but lots of nieces and nephews we try to spoil. If you have ever wondered about the e-mail address- low-n-fat it is Bradley 1947 2- door restored low fat finder Ford. It is lowered, slammed, shaved and Frenched with 8 coats of black paint. The license read low-n-fat. He is a car and motorcycle buff. We love to travel and friends are an utmost part of our lives.

I graduated from Phoenix College Dental Hygiene School in 1996. I earned my BS in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University in 2005. I worked full-time in clinical hygiene, mainly in Periodontal offices. I am now a Professional Healthcare Representative for Johnson & Johnson Oral Health Care Products (Listerine & Reach). I have been married 10 years to Walter; I have a 6 year old son named Gray and a 4 month old son Logan (born June 4th, 2007). My birthday is May 4th.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, I attended Northeastern University and Forsyth. After moving to Arizona in 1980, I pursued my local anesthesia license at Phoenix College and then a Bachelor in Science from the University of Saint Francis. Currently, I have a four day work week in a general practice.
My husband, Mike Elinski, and I were married this past April after eight years of dating! My son Sam is 21 and my 18 year old daughter Kaitlyn just began her education at ASU. We are newlyweds and empty nesters

I am a native Arizonan along with my husband, and our two young children. We live in a historic house in north central Phoenix that was built by my husband's grandfather. I have a BFA as well as Associates degrees in both Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene, and received my RDH through Phoenix College in 2006. I love working in both a periodontal and general office, and hope to one day return to teaching. I enjoy attending national as well as local Dental Hygiene Association sessions, and am honored to serve as your CADHS Trustee.

Goals – Serve ASDHA as an ADHA Delegate; serve CADHS as a delegate if needed. Work long term in dental hygiene education. Achieve my AP here in AZ and use it in volunteer or paid situations.

A native of San Francisco, California, Mildred graduated from the University of California, Berkley with a BA and from the University of California School of Dentistry in San Francisco with a BSDH degree. In addition to her many years of private practice, she has held a variety of positions in the state associations and component offices in California, Connecticut and Arizona. While living in Connecticut, she was appointed to the State Dental Board and became a member of the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners, serving as dental hygiene examiner, a position she continues to hold today. In addition to her duties as an examiner and membership chairman for CADHS, she travels extensively to Hawaii and Pennsylvania to visit her 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Her spare time is devoted to vegetable gardening at home and relaxing at her vacation home in Lake Tahoe.

Sue attended Charles Mott Community College and the University of Michigan and graduated in 1973. Her hobbies are cooking, traveling, & relaxing by the pool. She holds Dental Hygiene licenses in Michigan, Missouri, Oregon, Alaska, and Arizona. She has been an ADHA member since 1974, and has been very active in state organizations serving as a delegate, president, vice president, secretary, and trustee.
“Currently I am working as a store owner of Genesis Gift Gallery in Cave Creek. We did this 3 years ago so I could have something to do later on as I have had carpel tunnel in both hands & shoulder surgeries. I also thought I might like it but I miss hygiene."

I graduated from the University of Waterloo with my B.A. in 1981. I then completed my master's degree at the University of Toronto in 1987. I went back to school in 2001 and graduated with my Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene Science in 2003. I have taught most of my adult life and it came natural to me to teach at Rio Salado College in the Dental Hygiene Program. Presently I am the first year clinical instructor at Rio Salado College. I like to garden and do stained glass as a hobby. I believe strongly in our role as healthcare providers and am proud to be a member of ADHA.
